What is your skin in the game?

This is how professional gamblers, playing games of skill (poker, 21, etc) can make a good living at it, despite the odds being in the house's favor.  

They got the name blue chip because that was the highest denomination poker chip back In the day.

I can completely understand that thought process because if u know anything about Texas hold 'em poker, cash games n tournament play use that same mold: same basic foundation but vastly different play mechanics.

They suck you in and then leave you dry.If you want to know what investing with a turnkey company is like please do the following:   If you have never played poker before and have no experience in it... go read a couple books on poker,  which should give you enough of the false illusion that you know what you are doing.  

What are your end game RE goals and do you have MLS access where you are at?

I'm also attending a meetup in Concord put on by REI Bar Camp. http://reibarcamp.com Hi Enoch - Yeah, I saw that meetup and the agenda, and thought about going, but I could not make myself go and play a board game...:) Real life monopoly is way better:).

The area could be used as a playroom/poker room  but wasn't marketed as such.

Need to be extremely conservative right now in MF space if you are long gamer like we are.  

It is like my father always said, "Never play poker with someone you don't know.
