I can't really get a clear visual whether it will be profitable or not since taxes are such a huge part of the equation.

All that would be displayed is a redacted DL for visual confirmation and a contact form for the selected LL, no defamation, no indication of whether or not they were evicted or didn't pay, just a simple 'Request Contact Info by Email' form (would contact the specific LL by the provided email at registration).A site like this would have to be heavily moderated for LL registration and a LL adding him/herself to a particular tenant as a previous reference.  

A correct product has excellent durability, visual appeal, and features like water proof.

I recommend his classes.I dislike the threads within a thread so I deleted the previous comments - visually it looks a mess. 

I always inform my out-of-state investors that if they absolutely need more concrete details or visuals of the properties offered or the work being done on the property, I am happy to do everything I can to get them either real-time photos or video feed over the phone, even meet with the contractor at the property.

Also, you can manipulate charts and graphs to "show" anything you like because they are visual and we are merely human.

No amount of visual inspection can tell that.
