I am not sure how things work in Canada but here in the US there are lots of logistical problems getting money into the hands of people quickly.

House hacking is always an option, just a bit more challenging for families because of the security logistics involved.

You would have to be one of those things, likely an ultra version of it, to have the logistics and know how to actually do it.

That being said, logistically this seems like a nightmare!
