Buyers can go on zillow, trulia, or any countless other site and know true values and be more educated than the broker.This is what happens when there is market disruption.

I've been relentlessly researching all things real estate over the past couple years - reading countless books, watching hundreds of hours of YouTube videos, listening to thousands of hours of podcasts, etc.

Countless folks on BP have tried to tell you it isn't the most effective method because it costs more (unless your HELOC is at a lower rate than the mortgage) and introduces more risk. 

At this point, after sleepless nights and countless hours of research(haven' t ran across bigger pockets yet) I am a little bit(just a little)more knowledgeable then i was a few months ago.

To educate yourself type in seller finance into the search bar and countless forums, and articles will come up to read. 

And they people don't care because they were system gamers with nothing to loose to begin with.I have not found a good solution for this myself.

However, they left countless holes in the walls; stained carpet which had to be replaced ... and here's the kicker--- they used Liquid Nails to glue every single window shut in this 2 BR apartment! 

Or, I could be sure that others know what happened to me personally, and my daughter and countless others, with regards to being ripped off royally by property management companies who specialize on "helping" naive investors who invest in properties out of state.I'm glad things worked out for you.  

Getting him evicted took 2 months, lost rent, and countless headaches.
