I had long suspected that BP's agent finder services are paid, precisely because of the way BP was advertising for agents to sing up. 

I do believe that many investors who are buying turnkey property today are going to be hurt precisely because they are buying "Turnkey".

While I have affection for Rome (and my property there), investors should exercise caution and precision regarding their plan, objectives, and financial means (budget). 

It would seem plausible that some of these 5-7% ROI parks will return to the market as distressed sales in the near future, precisely because that return doesn't factor in enough risk and margin for error.
