I may be a bit biased over here as being an Electrical Engineer (semi-conductor to be precise) and involved in multiple patents and innovations myself, I just can’t stand people running away and casting. doom scenarios at the first sign of distress.

We can hammer out the precise details of what separates the MCM from the McRib at a later date of course. 

However... the trouble is with many folks out there is that it's tough to get a part time job outside of your full time job.. plus it's tough to figure out what you can do... and how to do it...That is precisely why I decided to execute Jeff's formula in action.... 

Just got word from my lender that apparently when the appraiser came, not all the renovations was done yet and the appraiser has to come back, for an additional fee of course, even though we already rescheduled precisely because of this issue already.Haven't gotten any word back from Bridge themselves if there will be any resolution to this issue, but it's literally only been ~ 20 minutes since this issue has been bought to my attention so I'm holding out hope they'll cover any additional fees.

Makes sense but I hear NYC brokers have it way easier than brokers else precisely because there is always an attorney involved.

Knowing precisely what they are interested in and how much they can afford to pay or want to pay for property is important as well.If you know what your buyers are interested in then you have a significant legup when your out looking for properties.

To me, investors have a greater burden precisely because they're often NOT there every day, especially if they do other things full-time; when we don't keep a close eye on things, these things happen.
