There are players that you may want to deal with in the future that may be concerned that you would slander them from the rooftops over the slightest of offensives. 

That means that the Realtor is required by law to put the client's interests first, not their own.A legal or ethical violation by a Realtor can result in fines, license suspension or license revocation - not to mention lawsuits and termination by their broker. 

But if you are trying sell a system then you shout it from the rooftops and make wildly unbelievable claims with apparent "proof" and hope people believe you.

He then said he was going to report me to the town for unpermitted work, that  I had multiple violations that would result in fines, that would not allow me to refi and sale the properties and I would go bankrupt.

I know crazy right.. but I have been fined twice on this so after 7k in fines I figured it out.

Mind you this is after working in finance for 10 years and the fact that I’m a mortgage loan officer - I could have gone straight to investing and ditched school.
