No one is arguing that the health care system is overburdened. 

Healthcare is one of those big things I’m going to want covered when I exit the W2 world.

It takes a New Englander to realize it’s one of the most beautiful parts of the country and generally speaking the services and healthcare can’t be beat.

@James Hamling#1 The major risk of COVID-19 was never about how deadly it was, but about bringing the national healthcare system to its knees and how novel it is.

There's rampant fraud in the health care industry....and the fraud is coming from both sides....not to mention the fact that it's a much much much larger drain on the US annual budget than the Section 8 welfare program. 

I already have multiple candidates lined up and vetted who would like to live in one of my properties, and the property is usually spoken for well before it is finished.Certain professions, I've found, produce MUCH more reliable tenants than others, and in my town, licensed practical nurses and facility-based nursing assistants who have been employed with the same near-monopoly health care provider in our area for five years or more are practically bulletproof.

First of off, Raleigh is considered to be the top 7 hottest real estate investment markets because it is thriving hub for technology, biotechnology, and healthcare and so on.

Health care is okay but I'm in the middle of transitioning to full time REI, REALLY fun stuff.
