New to Real Estate

Chase Morgan
Posted

Hello everyone,

My name is Chase, and I know that real estate is my road to investment for the future. My profession is in healthcare, but my passion is in real estate. I believe that a community of people grow faster than individual efforts. Hope to learn how to start and grow a portfolio so that I can in-turn help others with the same. Biggest issue is high cost property in my area that’s preventing me from getting started. Any thoughts?

Hey Chase, when the cost of property is high in your market, this is when out-of-state investing makes sense.

I would take some time to do some research around markets that are investor-friendly and reach out to agents, investors, and property managers to pick their brains and evaluate.
