due to money being printed in excess; the smart folk with lots of money are going to be buying assets (real estate) because it's going to appreciate due to inflation YET fixed rates and monthly payments won't inflate = no-brianer buy.I would definitely consider diversifying your portfolio with a prolonged recession in mind if you haven't already.
