@Ori Skloot,The only thing that sometimes pops up with the split model is if the long-term tenants don't like the idea of the short-term tenants, or try to stir up issues with the city.

if she is breaking the policy she diserves to get towed....i call ******** on that one...I brought this up in our meeting and this stirred them up quite a bit....one HOA member said "the reason why it interfered is because we are volunteers who dont get paid to moniter the parking lots" .
