There are some that say they “ban” STR but really aren’t because they are not allowed to (their attorney told them not to, they said they’ll do it anyways but do nothing about it).

I own a PM company and we had to ban owners from purchasing them because they became such an expensive nightmare and they never actually made any repairs anyhow, they just sucked up everyones time, energy and will to live. 

They continue to petition the State of CA to try to get tiny homes reclassified, and no local politician wants to remove the ordinance banning stationary RVs (we all know where that might lead).3.

Tenants rights activists own Commissioner Eudaly (can't forget commissioner) and she clearly told everyone, multiple times, that rent control ban will be gone.

It has been the case for years, though I'm not sure exactly when they banned it.

I just figured I'd post a little PSA that Kansas City council just passed an updated ordinance to BAN all STR's in areas zoned R (residential).

If you take over their accounts (which is a violation of terms of service) and they find out, you will get those account banned and lose it all.I would work hard to start over and get those bookings over to your new account.

STRs are getting banned in a lot of HOA communities and building ADUs is a hit or miss depending on where.
