I got my cosmetology license after university and have been doing hair for 4 years.

It literally had 2 inches of hair and feces in every room, appliances gone, copper gone, grab bars, mirrors, door handles, and anything else you can take.... gone.  

I purchased the property with two units leased (a hair below market but units in decent condition) and the other two units needed to be more or less gutted. 

The cycle I built my portfolio during (post 2008) the old grey hairs urged young investors to watch out for the banks. 

And maybe the name is like the guy who owned Kinko's its all about the hair. 

FOA commercial took 3 months and made me pull my hair out.

Well, unemployment will be higher than 2008-2010 by this time next year, and anyone lucky to have a job will not see any pay increase for years if they don't get a hair cut and that is happening to millions of people right now.

In fact, I rarely buy anything plumbing related at HD.My only concern with the twist up bath drains is you lose the screen and all the hair and kids small bath toys go down the drain.I'm with ya on the shoe, had a one leak above a textured drywall ceiling.

I was not trying to "split hairs" just looking for rough estimates.. so I can financially plan accordingly prior to "jumping into training".
