We do all sorts of production (drones, music videos, commercials) but we specialize in wedding films.

I figure you could charge an arm and a leg during bigger music festivals but I can't verify that, and I also don't know what it's like year-round over there.

It was a dump when I first got it, realtor sign was knocked over and graffitied, paint peeling off the exterior, 5 different types of flooring from front door to the back sliding glass, all walls were Mexican restruant yellow, rents were $600-660.

@Mike Lambert if you had invested in Mexican debt in 1994 you'd have experience your money being hugely devalued.

She loves music and I have never discouraged her in pursuing it despite it not paying much especially for the time she invests. 

For some it is just a means to be able to run a restaurant or make music.
