Unfortunately, there are also a few people who have popped up on BP trying to sell a crappy real estate-related program but fortunately the majority of the experienced investors on here don't fall under this category (plus the program spammers tend to get banned sooner or later).  

That's unlikely to be the case, if your city bans them. 

There are at least 3 council members that have talked about banning STR's to improve the number of LTR housing.

I ended up taking it down and relisting to get the push once they dropped the ban. 

It is a tough area now that Bend has banned STRs.Not banned, but heavily regulated, indeed.

In many areas of the country they are banning agents from showing occupied properties.

My local government banned short term rentals since early March. 

In some cases, they're banning them entirely.

Like I said in my last post real investors real pros need to  Block them they are parasites of the industry and will be soon banned for their illegal activities from new laws being put in place.  

I want to ban cheaters just like everyone else, but think a landlord is just a schmuck if they tell a tenant they can't have a handicap accommodation like a wheel chair ramp, grab rails, or legitimate ESA.
