Seek referrals vs. googling something or going straight to Better or Rocket.

It's not that the value of all of these things has sky rocketed, it's that the value of the dollar has crashed.

@Kim Swidarski you should find out if it is Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac that services your loan with Rocket.

did 3   one broke even only because sponsor made everyone whole at exit which I suspect is quite rare.other two are perking along.. these were Class A apartments in Upper mid west promote was not some sky rocket return and frankly I can do better on my own.. but it was end of year so I was looking for some cost seg. 

This has included:*Financial oversight with budgets and bookkeeping, having a finger on the pulse of cashflow and financials*Regular communication with partners (business partner, accountant, contractors and investors)*Implementing weekly sync calls to go over short and long term goals/lists (highly recommend the book Rocket Fuel by Gino Wickman on this one)*Strategic planning, focusing on not just the current projects, but looking ahead and having plans in place to maintain momentum*Analysis of each project to determine wins/lessons and use these to continue to improveI think regardless of the business, being intentional versus random and careless certainly makes and impact on progress and scaling.   

FLA starter homes were a bust just like you see posted by all these folks buying rentals right now in fla.. took forever construction costs sky rocketed so we made a few bucks and exited..
