I’ve seen investors use bridge loans to close deals quickly, but opinions are mixed.

From what I’ve seen, the deciding factor is usually a mix of all three, but in different weightings depending on the seller’s situation.

It sounds like you’ve done a great job learning the fundamentals and are now trying to figure out the practical side of getting started - totally normal to feel like you’re drinking from a fire hydrant at first!

I’ve heard mixed takes on which is the better path for someone scaling in the space.Performing notes were rare back then and they were not priced as well as npns so for 10 years the well priced assets were npns, that has switched.
