Wholesaling can be a great way to get started have you tried reaching out to any local wholesalers for tips on how they got their start?

People think this is way down the list but you need to know what you qualify for.

Hi everyone , I just started to get into the real estate industry, right now I'm studying for my license and my goal is to start investing , I now is hard to get loans  since I'm still very young but I wanted to hear out your stories and thoughts, I want to hear how you guys got your property and any advice that might help me in this process!

Affordability is key, so we’re primarily looking for fixer-uppers that need some TLC.

Start using your own personal network to find motivated sellers. - Start posting on your favorite social media site what you are looking for – not once or twice, but CONSISTENTLY for 6 months!

Maybe you can charge more for it in SoCal but the price for your house will be a lot more too.
