This can work when you have partners that you trust and a rock solid Operating Agreement. 

Also depends if they will let you do Conexes and also if they will let you do rock roads or has to be concrete. 

I am also going to move the fireplace to the center of the living room (under the bear skin), and it will be a river rock surround.
