Greetings everyone.As I'm ramping up my marketing in the coming months with what little time I have available trying to build a REI business, work a 9-5 (hoping to be out of this in 1-2 years), and chase a toddler around in the evenings, I have decided I need to outsource my social media & SEO work to someone else.

FYI it's generally going to have to be "dumb person and toddler" proof to close on the purchase ("dump person and toddler" proof is an easy rule of thumb for when an appraiser is required to call something out as a "health and safety" hazard), assuming you are getting a normal mortgage.

General rule of thumb is "toddler and idiot proof," and a toddler or idiot could easily electrocute themselves or fall off where there aren't handrails, so that needs to be fixed.
