Little Hutto isn't so little anymore and that is due to Samsung in Taylor, primarily and Dell to the west. 

I personally like the west side of Atlanta ( Lithia Springs, Douglasville, Carrolton, etc).

My comments were aimed to this area in particular, you're on the west side of the island and things are a bit different there.
