Manager does drug testing random.

Listen, I'm not looking for your opinion on drug addicts, either your opinion on what you THINK the neighbors will think or feel about  a Sober Living house being in their neighborhood.  

Also, the oxford house has strict rules for each tenant with 10pm curfew, weekly drug testing, weekly required AA/NA meetings, and required job/school. 

Having written guidelines, curfews, and systems for accountability (like drug/alcohol testing and peer support) helps keep the environment safe and structured.Strong Leadership & Support System: Whether it’s you or a hired house manager, there needs to be someone onsite (or very involved) who can enforce rules fairly and offer support when residents struggle.Financial Sustainability: Think through how you’ll cover costs (rent, utilities, staff, food, etc.) while keeping rates fair for residents.

Most US prescription drugs can be bought over the counter from the Pharmacist. 

When I googled his name, it turns out he was arrested for drug trafficking a couple years ago. 

Unfortunately under all that pressure I made a stupid  mistake and turned to drugs and I spiraled out of control and that led me to prison for four years.

Not because I think he deserves it, but because I'd imagine based on the fact that he needed a place to sleep for his buddy that he is, or at the very least, his buddies are, drug addicts.

And when the truth is drug out of you, it comes with insults and anger over having truth uncovered.

Having extra cash flow would help alleviate expenses and bring more peace of mind.
