Off-market deal flow in DFW is always in high demand, so it sounds like you’re in the right space.

Similar to wholesaling in that they are short term deals designed to raise capital, but I find them to be easier than wholesaling and I'm more likely to get a seller to agree to the deal. 

I am just looking to network with some like-minded and knowledge people folks.

I assume you are equating anonymity with asset protection, seems to be a popular position to take these days on Bigger Pockets with land trusts, entities in states like WY and NV being pushed.
