I had a tenant who was transferred days after arrival and left.   

They could have closed a conventional loan in probably 8-9 days, it was ridiculously fast. 

They’ll look at properties all day long.

One thing I’ve learned in this business: investors and lenders often say the same words but mean totally different things.An investor says “I need a quick close,” and means “I need this funded next week.”
