If you want a certain type of MF in a certain area, build a list, make some calls, you'd be surprised.

I was looking at 6+ unit buildings and what looked to be in c- maybe d type area.

He works with many investors in that area building investment portfolios.  

For instance, say the $/sq. ft. is $100 and you've mostly seen 1500 sq. ft. 3 bed 2 bath houses selling for $300K in the area.  

Other than the downtown area building up, where do you anticipate the next direction of growth?

This is so stupid it's crazy.. either the dogs go to kennel or tenants needs to pick up the dogs in the morning until work is done in the afternoon. they can put the dogs on the moon ..got a garage..???

Tie to sell...especially those homes that have chickens in the living room and a dog kennels in the back bed room...

A single family home 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms 2,140 sq ft, unfinished basement, 2 car garage, pole barn with additional 2 car garage & 8 dog kennel, updated appliances, roof in great shape, well septic & 2 acres.

@Frankie Torres I haven't looked at the laws intensely but my understanding is that a fence would be legal in every state similar to how you can fence off an area for a dog kennel or vegetable garden.
