I say focus on this because the challenge with Real Estate is that there are so many strategies & you can get off on a tangent and find you never close a deal because you decide to venture off on to something else right after you have completed training on one strategy.

Since you’re already diving into podcasts and videos, I’d suggest also focusing on building local connections and understanding the numbers in your own market.
