I am mainly looking to house hack in a triplex starting out using my VA loan and will be working in Mass while saving up to make a downpayment on a second rental property. 

They were all high entry cost compared to other areas of the country and lower ROI but my operational costs were very low due to quality tenant base.

We work with builders form a large number of markets throughout the country to package New Construction investment properties. 

Purchase price: $675,000 Cash invested: $300,000 Sale price: $2,200,000 Developing our 2nd Country Lot Subdivision.

From their country of origin making 4% is probably a big deal.

Having certain public services done by the US goverment does not make America a sovjet style comunist country, not by a long shot!

We do self storage and country subdivisions just the lots.  

@Gin Zhuang The Ciy of Flint, Michigan had a major issue with lead pipes a few years ago that scared a lot of people.What people fail to realize is that MANY homes in this country, built before 1950 have lead pipes from the city supply and may have internal lead pipes.
