WE can buy whats called Stevens Ness forms  which are deeds assignments all sorts of legal doc's right at Staples .. same with leases and notices to quit and all that stuff.

I typically peel $100 per door off of the rent, before applying the 1% rule, to account for property management and pain-***-ness.
