I suspect its every man / women / investor for themselves as it comes to litigation cant join in unless you do Class action you have file separate complaints U can use same attorney to cut down on costs but its not a "hey everyone lets pool together" I don't think this case would go class action as there most likely is NO INSURANCE to go after..
