I hear what you are saying in the replies about a co flirt with your realtor,  but also consider that your realtor wouldn't recommend someone who is u trustworthy if they value your future business.  

So if u can recommend areas that are better please do.

go on E bay and buy all the guru's tapes and materials for 10 to 50 bucks read and watch all that stuff then see if anything sticks with U.. this is simply selling info business.. not helping people get rich business.
