Hi everyone! My name is Freba, and I am the owner of Bahy Homes, a corporate and hospitality housing company providing furnished rentals for short-term, mid-term, and extended stays.

I’m here on BiggerPockets to connect with investors in my markets who prefer to own income-generating properties without the hassle of managing tenants or day-to-day operations.

When I first started my business, I quickly realized that not every “good” investment property fits the furnished rental model. I’ve developed a system and vetting process to identify the right properties and markets.
