I’m based out in the High Desert, mainly around Victorville, Apple Valley, and Hesperia, so I can give you some first-hand perspective. 

I am available or I give them a number to call if I know I won't be available.I see this as a way to scare the bad apples into doing what they should have been doing all along.If your multiple time zones away or will not be available for certain guests, give them a number to someone who can be available. 

In my area gone are the days where someone throws down cringe worthy multicolor gray laminate, a questionable slab of granite with some barn doors and doubles their money.
