I immediately put in a claim with my insurance, they sent a remediation crew and it has been two more weeks until I could get a definitive answer from a plumber that we need to replace the cast iron piping and stack shared between us and the neighbor (her insurance won't pay anything so I'm needing to do it just to get it done). 

Because ironically if they bank at the same bank, the $ the bank is giving me is in a way, the same $ I would be giving them.
