I immediately put in a claim with my insurance, they sent a remediation crew and it has been two more weeks until I could get a definitive answer from a plumber that we need to replace the cast iron piping and stack shared between us and the neighbor (her insurance won't pay anything so I'm needing to do it just to get it done).
