He has live music several times a week, has theme nights, like Mexican Food night- this is all great and within the terms of the lease.The tenant had a zumba night one week ago for the first time, and just posted to social media that they are starting a weekend early morning yoga series. 

Yes, when I'm working on my flip I'm in high heels, full makeup, hair done, nails done, and sexy yoga pants. 

And of course cafes, cool restaurants, yoga and crossfit places are always good. 

It's still pretty rough around the edges, but there are a few yoga studios, a new relatively hipster bar... seems to have the potential for price changes in the next 5 years or so...

James,We do this, but give gift cards to local businesses in the neighbourhood: restaurants, pilates/yoga studios, cafés, etc.  

But they like other things such as restaurants, bars, gyms, yoga studios, and coffee shops.

But neither the glass attraction nor high-altitude yoga classes apparently were enough to bring in the masses.

But each extra body = more trash, more towels, more sheets, more dishes, more cleaning, more wear and tear, more potential damage, Etc...In one of our places, we actually converted 2 of our 4 bedrooms into a yoga room and office respectively, to cut down on the number of potential guests and problems.
