Hello BP! I am a novice real estate investor and am learning everything I can about the subject on BP and elsewhere. All types of deals excite me, but I am particularly interested in multi-family properties and notes. 

I am currently an engineer at a medical device company. I manage projects like nobody's business and am well connected to the Phoenix metro. I love yoga and travel and am open to taking on special assignments both domestically and internationally.

I am at the PHX airport right now and flying to Philadelphia, then to Puerto Rico until next Tuesday 5/24. Anyone in the Philly or PR area want to get together to talk about real estate strategies or other nerdy stuff?
