It’s inspiring to see someone with both tech experience and real real estate skin in the game step into this role.

Or just some kids or hubby or wife.. the audience oohs and awe's and who would not like more time for the family... this is all about spending more time with the kiddoes' etc etc.and as stated its just a well tested and honed series of presentations to lead you to the final goal of spending the big bucks... and make no mistake about it.. the guys at the top of these deals make Millions.. and Millions...

Get onto West Elm, Pottery Barn, CB2, Ethan Allen and see how some of the homes are styled to get some inspiration.

That inspires the contractors to do it quicker and better..

Hearing your story definitely  inspires me and gives me more confidence in my goals.
