If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

It's not bad, slightly overpriced.

Only potentially bad things can happen when you tell tenants "No" or hold them accountable to their lease.Being onsite and being able to react to everything will teach you a LOT of valuable lessons.

My company has 89 reviews and almost every bad review is from a bad tenant that was rightfully, legally evicted.

So i have a question, I am looking to buy a house currently that is 2bed 1 bad (1,386Sqft) but it has a seperate "living room" where the carport was originally , Making that into a room would significantly help with the sale of the house.

I have to agree with Bill mostly, this sounds like a really bad deal for the seller unless they're sitting on no equity whatsoever.

I can't confidently make a purchase based on a guess of what rent would be, $100-200 per month could be the difference between a good purchase and a bad one.How do you all remedy this obstacle?
