I started with one STR in a nice beach town. 

I've got a 2nd row ocean facing 6/6.5 STR in North Myrtle Beach that has three year 220k history. 2025 outperforming previous years.

The only thing I have going for me is I own three acres free and clear in Marion county Florida, about 60 miles from Daytona Beach.
