Either a print out from the management company, a print out of applicable tax form, or print out from the platforms used.I think Andrew covered what buyers are evaluating, I am just offering some things to have ready to hand out in a packet so it easy for buyers to evaluate the deal.Best of luck, based on these numbers it looks like a great property!
