There appear to be local owners with what appears to be children in California and Rhode Island.

Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women.

But I think we all know not ALL people are rational, and some people / agents / adult-children don't quite get it or hide facts ( fake income statements, etc. )    

If they ask about kids I will say the something similar. there is a shared driveway so they need to be cautious because there may be children.

I personally believe she'll suit the color ORANGE while she sits behind bars - while her little children get to be taken care of some one else ... she should be ashamed of herself ...

I asked why they wanted to change it, and they explained that the white walls get dirty easily (they have two children), and the all-white look feels too plain.They also showed us photos of a home they painted for their parents, and it actually looked quite nice—so we’re open to allowing it.That said, we think it would be wise to draft a short lease addendum in case we want them to repaint it white when they move out, or to clarify expectations.Please let me know your thoughts.Best regards,

Here’s what happened.The Timeline:Apr 25: Five families with 9 adults, 4 children and 2 infants checked into one of our properties.Evening of Apr 26: They reported seeing a mouse.Apr 27: They checked out and immediately requested a full refund for $1370.This home is newly built in 2023, and this was the first-ever pest sighting reported.

@Bruce Woodruff if you believe it to be risky with young children what do you think would be another avenue to look into?

I have 6 children ranging from 13 years old to 26 years old. in 2023 I took a different job, located in Ocala Florida. 

The other issue is if the seller has children and they pass away or if you cannot refinance in 2 years it may cause the contract to be "Null and void" and you lose your time and money.
