I bring this up, because I have done hundreds and hundreds of DSCR loans, and for the past few years DSCR has been the investor loan of choice. 

The right choice depends on a mix of liability protection, state filing requirements, and how you want the income taxed.As a CPA working with many investors across multiple states, I’d recommend reviewing your long-term goals before deciding.

@Ryan Spath I've made those mistakes but I learned really quickly that I had to change or I was missing out!

REFI'ing into a new loan is your only choice that I can think of. 

Buildium seems to be a solid choice that a lot of investors trust.

Places across the street are always 2nd choice to beachside properties.

If you are property flipper or do capital expenditures that affects the asset basis, Buildium is not the correct choice.

I would base your choice on which carrier has the best coverage in your area or at the specific property location(s).
