The owner ceased communication back in March, and before that, communication was sporadic and the owner was very difficult to get ahold of for updates.

I have the property listed on multiple sites (furnish finder, airbnb, vrbo, zillow) 2 weeks ago and have yet to book a tenant, but have received numerous inquiries but every time I am in communication with them they seem to just stop responding even when I have an extremely fast response rate.Is this normal in anyone's experience?

2 - If your neighbor has blown you off and refused to trim or remove the tree, the person with the best documentation often wins in an insurance negotiation, mediation, or lawsuit;Document the tree's location and condition, document the number of times you spoke to your neighbor about it, and (in addition to speaking with them), also communicate with them via written documents, via snail mail, email, and every means possible, to provide a paper trail if/when you need it.

I've worked with several loan servicers, and no matter who you use, it's not fun setting it up, but I've had easier success communicating with OnePoint.They have a login portal to track payments etc, like you mentioned.
