One guy there once found a property which ended up having a human corpse in it that nobody knew about.

Not the extremely dirty, find a cat corpse type of hoarder, just an older couple that seems to keep every item they had ever owned.

Nothing short of a summary execution and public display of the renters corpse would be appropriate, in my humble opinion. 

A bad pm will just toss  corpses into buildings just to get paid, with the #1 goal of taking away as much of your profit as they can, which just about describes 99% of the management out there sadly.

@Evan Cochran, I think the corpse of your poor cpa will be laying in the street for a while to serve as a warning....Sell the property, take the portion allocated to your primary residence use tax free.  

@Andrew Loaicono we've had this happen on occasion...ultimately, you are the owner of the property and even if you can get someone to pay for the cleanup, it's better to do it asap...hopefully you can get reimbursed...having a corpse in the house in the middle of summer is not good for anyone.

When he moves out or they drag his corpse away .. then you can use kilz primer on the place and rent an ozone machine to rid of the stench

But the road is littered with the corpses of guys who tried it and failed- and they aren't represented here because they are just gone.
