Give them a specific day/time to vacate.

They all check the mail and trust TV a guy on daytime TV commercial.

If you can and there on the right day/time go to a chamber luncheon or a Rotary breakfast or lunch.

The fear of missing the 45 day time frame is almost always greater than the reality of it. 

I got up there in the day time, shut off the lights, and sealed off all light!

She was OK with it being a few days (I was quoted a 3 day time frame for work), but found out that didn't include weekend, and now its been a full week and they are just finishing tonight. 

South Louisiana has cooler temps and is cold (day time highs in the 50s) in the winter, so we were thinking more about these months, than the 3 months in the summer when it's hot and humid.  

Full time happens with 100+ units and often you see people scale a business on the side, like PM, construction or something unrelated like a resort in Costa Rica ;-) I am no different - I "retired" from my corporate career in 2015 and quickly realized that I can only watch so much daytime TV. 

If it shows well, tell her you’d like to advertise the unit and schedule a day/time window of showings asap and that you can be flexible or even eliminate the early termination fee if you can rent it quickly.
