I am not good with Excel sheets!!!

I am looking for some type of excell fill in the blanks spreadsheet to use to count # of windows, doors outlets etc and everything else os I don't overlook anything. looking for something I can easily carry around house on a clipboard and fill out with trying to flip through an entire book  of pages.

We would be open to other East coast beach destinations as well.Our goal is to be able to visit the property a few weeks and rent it out other parts of the year.We have a few criteria that would be preferred:- Single family home- within a golf cart drive to the beach- private pool- $350-500kIt would be great to build some relationships in this community to learn about some opportunities in the market!

Using other people’s money is key to scaling in this industry, and since you already own three properties and are looking to acquire a fourth, you’re in a strong position to start building relationships with lenders and investors who can help fund your future deals.Traditional banks and credit unions are often the go-to starting point.
