There have been a rash of people who are trying to sell recently rented properties. 

But be careful of over indulging that’s when you make rash decisions at an auction you may regret in the end.

Now it's done and you do your best.Don't rash into anything quickly in such an emotional time - you'll regret later.

Much had to do with a rash of established owner deaths, compounded by foreclosures piling on the "low" end, but more "normal" sales at the higher end the past year, most recent listing are right where I hope to be. 

If someone is looking down, looking away,etc. with facial gestures as they talk that tends to not be a good sign.

RE issues don't disappear  like skin rash does. 

But we had a rash of teenagers burn down almost every unoccupied house in town.
