From what I’m seeing, the market’s shifted:Companies are more cost-conscious.Some prefer stipends over direct housing.But relocation and healthcare contracts are booming.Corporate arbitrage still works — if you adapt.

I’ve always wanted to build something bigger for myself something that gives me more freedom and purpose.I’m ready to take on the challenges that come with learning real estate and eventually investing in properties.

I’d just be giving up my freedom and a boatload of tax deductions.
