I reached out to the tenant and she responded that she was confused and that it must have been an issue with her bank and said she would follow up on it. ( side note, this has been a trouble tenant who has lied quite a bit since she moved in last July but her payments were always on time and without issue until March) After about a week I followed up with her and she apologized and said it was an issue with her bank and she sent me zelle for the rent payment.

There were hardly any cabinets and a door had been busted open where someone broke into the house due to it sitting vacant for so long.They apologized for the lack of communication and assured it would be better but I have had no calls or emails returned again.
