Client is a pro hockey player in Europe but does have Canadian Citizenship and a US tourist visa. 

Contact Andrew on this forum - he’s Florida based and knows the players.  

Only viable work around is for the players who can close and hold property for what is a very reasonable short time, so they protected flippers in it. 

I also haven't read this entire thread, just the most recent, so I can't agree or disagree, all I have done is to express concerns due to the abuse of some gurus and novice players. 

Little history will show some of the largest institutional players(as individuals not on the behalf of institutions) jumped in also in mid 2014-early 2015. 

Nevertheless, the biggest thought going off like a neon light in my head was of finally getting all the right players in the mix to renovate a project, then jump to completely different city/state or neighborhood where they can't be used a second time, and then start all over from square one, putting another team together for a second project.
