I am interested in doing BURRRS strategy, but havent found those types of professionals / practices in the island.so far.

More you can do to protect yourself the better.That also means by cleaning up all your practice/operations, filing all necessary forms on a regular, bookkeeping & recordkeeping, etc.

Buying a property on the courthouse steps, is a very bad practice in my opinion.
