I thought bandwidth had something to do with the internet, rinse and repeat had something to do with dishes, and scale had something to do with fish.  

It all depends on the area your next property will be in, some tenatns prefer to have a dishwasher, while others don't mind washing dishes by hand.

Students also tend to be less experienced at living on their own which can lead to other problems (eg using dish soap in the dishwasher).Ontario is very tenant friendly, so be extra careful when signing the lease with them. 

I have done a small basket with trash bags, dish soap, sponges, tools for hanging things…basically necessities that might be useful while unpacking.

Burn marks in the rug (non smoking unit), stains on every linen, grease stains on chair & sofa in living room, dishes piled high, needle in the bottom of garbage can.

Instead of looking at two leveraged properties, maybe the best use of the equity you have locked up is to trade what you've currently got for something that could outperform it in the long haul, and be more tasty for a lender to refinance when the timing is right. 

I kicked a box of dishes out of the kitchen and locked the door. 

Any chance it will lessen the number who feel they don't need to do dishes because they paid a cleaning fee?
